I think he means films that are not DIRECT sequels, which is kind of what i would of preferred to see as well...I mean, there's no problem with making another film about Brodie or TS or Trish or Willam etc. but i doubt that using the whole idea of hanging out at a mall will work again...I mean, it wasn't too successful in the first place.( i loved it though)

That and the fact i prefer new titles rather than CLERKS 2 or MALLRATS 2...
seems very cheesey.
I dunno though.
