Well when I meant little to nothing I meant something along the lines of scale. If he will do it I will definitly see about setting up as SAG experimental though, but I would still pay him scale. We have a pretty low budget, but our point isn't to make alot of money, it is to get our work infront of an audience and I am pretty sure we can get it out there to more people if it has Jason Mewes in it. It isn't like we are shooting for 50 bucks or anything we have, at this point, about twenty five grand together and that amount is going up every day so hopefully by the time we shoot we will have atleast 40 grand. We are considering shooting digitally so that will free up alot of money, but even if we don't we will have enough to pay him for atleast two weeks at or around scale and our shooting schedule is only gonna be about 4 weeks so I am pretty sure we can get all his stuff done in two weeks. Everybody working on this project except of course Jason, if he will do it, and one of the other actors are all working for free. Since I work part time at a shitty TV station I am gonna be able to do all the editing for free so we are pretty well set up, all we need is a Simon so I figured I would ask Jason if he wanted to do it.

Sundance here I come. LOL Well maybe not, but isn't it fun to dream?
: : You can set your film up as SAG experimental and get away with a lower wage rate. But, if your film sells, then you're on the hook for retro pay to SAG scale. Or you can go for SAG low budget, which is about 2/3 SAG rate. Note that ALL your actors will have to receive this rate if you use ONE SAG actor.
: It does, at the very least, add a truckload of complication and the potential for considerably more expence for the sake of one performer.
