: In Dogma, they said that God is infallible. If God was infallible, then how did he get trapped in that guys body?:::::::
Maybe God is gay and was so into Bud Cort he wanted BE his sphincter. I hope I don't go to hell for that.
::Wouldnt that alone proove that God is fallible? One thing I noticed is that in the beginning of the movie, the guy on the boardwalk (God) checks his watch as if hes expecting the Stygian triplits to come get him.:::
Or it could be time to appear in a bowl of Bortsch in a Prague ghetto. Or its time to turn Michael Jackson translucent. Who knows what God has on his dayplanner?
::If thats the case, could it be that G od was merely bored and looking for a challenge (IE seeing if the last scion could free him/her in time to save creation)?:::
God,being omniscient and Omnipotent, would probably have stepped in at the last second to lay the smack down. Or he would have just snapped his fngers and made up creation again but fast forward it to the moment before Benji the Angel(Who,incidentally for all those Benji fans out there, Bartleby is rotting in movieland hell with Ernest and Andrew lloyd Webber's Evita. And Andrew Lloyd Webber will soon be in actual hell,so that will be nice.) walks through the arch and God would step on him a la' Monty Python. The quest was a test of faith for the Scion. Thats all,a test. Its God. If God wanted out of that body, God would get out. LindaScion had to believe in him(hence, believe he was trapped) to reaffirm her faith. Loki and Barleby's little behavior problem was just good timing for LindaScion to have the test. And a Good reason to save Loki and send the real baddie of the duo,Bartleby to deep, deep hell. And all is right with the world. Yay God! God is number #1! And God doesn't have to challenge himself, he doesn't have a self-esteem problem.
