Hell, if he moves and kills them, there will be rumors that he's bringing them back to as zombies or as corpses to get further mutilated.
That's the nature of rumors.
I seem to recall that it was a reasonably prevelant rumor that a DOGMA rewrite was supposed to kill one or both of them.
Anyway, it's not the rumor is new, but it seems to have taken on a certain extra power since Kevin said that he was planning to move on from the Askew-niverse. I just didn't see anything in that (or any other recent post) to suggest that was going to be part of that plan.
Seriously, did I miss something or are the sheep just panicking for no reason on this one?

Yeah, I'm very intrigued by the idea of what he's going to do in the future. The CLERKS and/or MALLRATS sequels could be fun, and I'll go; I'm much more interested in that bone that he's laid in front of us. Too bad it's so much further in the future.
