Kevin Smith Upcoming: My good pal C.C. over at Random Foo attended UMASS last night and learned a little bit of news:

- This past weekend he and Ben Affleck recorded their commentary for the Dogma Special Edition DVD coming out in October. He said that there is going to be over an hour of unseen footage on the DVD plus other goodies!!
- He confirmed his next film will NOT be Clerks 2 or Mallrats 2, but something totally new that he didn't want to talk about.

- He's working on a script for a Green Hornet movie. He has an outline due shortly and then he'll start writing. Very cool!

- Finally the night ended with him showing us Episode 2 of the Clerks cartoon. This is a RIOT!!! Fans will NOT be dissapointed. He's pissed because ABC basically is not impressed by the show and dumped it into a May 31st premiere which is the shit season on televsion. So he thought he'd show us the show to see what we think. It definitely rocked!!!

And I have ideas on what said film is, but I'd rather not say...

And...Is the script the real script or just his comic book thing.
