The film just recently came out on DVD and it contains one of the best commentary tracks by Scorsese, Willem DaFoe and screenwriters Paul Schrader and Jay Cocks. They give illuminating and even beautiful insights into the making of the film. It's a must scene for DVD fans, film students and lovers of great film. I know this kina sounds like an ad but it isn't. Last Temptation was just one of those movies that made me appreciate film in a whole new light. Anyway, rent or buy this one. You'll be glad you did.
