Miramax sold DOGMA to Harvey and Bob Weinstein (who run Miramax), who sold it to Lion's Gate. Disney wanted it out from its umbrella completely. Miramax isn't known to shy away from "risque".

For the record, Dimension is a division of Miramax, but I don't think there are any others.
