I wouldn't be so 'sure'. Concerning working with Affleck in Dogma, Kevin can be quoted as saying "Along with Lee (and of course, Mewes) he remains the actor I'd work with in every film if I could." So it looks like he loves working with the kid. And hhmmm...looks like I somewhat answered my own question, but not fully.
