TO KEVIN,
I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MINUTE AND TELL YOU WHAT AN ABSOLUTE GENIUS YOU ARE. MY BOYFRIEND GOT ME TO WATCH THE CLERKS ABOUT 5 MONTHS BACK AND NOW I AM ADDICTED TO ALL OF YOU MOVIES. I HAVEN'T GOT TO SEE DOGMA YET THOUGH I AM SURE THAT I WILL LIKE IT! I THINK THAT YOU ARE ONE OF THE MOST CREATIVE WRITERS I HAVE SEEN. TODAY MOVIES LACK SO MANY INTERESTING TOPICS AND PLOTS AND EVEN THOUGH THESE MOVIES ARE SEMI-OLD THEY ARE STILL IRRELEVANT TO SOCIETY. I ESPECIALLY LIKE CHASING AMY BECAUSE IT IS SUCH A TYPICAL TOPIC OF THE 90'S. I THINK THAT IT IS THE BEST OF THE 3. (CLERKS, MALLRATS AND CHASING AMY)
I ALSO WANTED TO TELL YOU THAT IN A WAY I IDOLIZE YOU. I AM AN INSPIRING WRITER IN HOPE OF BEING A FILM CRITIC OR SCRIPT WRITER. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE BUISNESS? WHAT PROMPTED YOU TO BE THE WRITER/DIRECTOR/ACTOR THAT YOU ARE? DID YOU ALWAYS HAVE AN INTREST IN MOVIES AND WRITING? WHAT WOULD YOU SUGGEST TO AN INSPIRING AUTHOR LIKE MYSELF?
YOU ARE THE FIRST DIRECTOR I KNOW OF THAT IS SO INTOUCH WITH HIS FANS. THANK YOU FOR YOU TIME. I HOPE THAT YOU DO READ THIS. BRAD EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME THIS IS HOW TO GET TO YOU. THANKS AGAIN.
LOVE YOUR #1 FAN!
HAYLEY
