The Matrix for sure, but others...
Qui-Gon Jinn (Liam Neeson) and Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor) vs Darth Maul (Ray Park) in lightsaber battle in Episode 1
Ed Norton vs Himself (Brad Pitt) in Fight Club
Jim Carrey as Andy Kaufmann vs Jerry Lawler in Man on the Moon
Can't seem to think of any others, does anyone remember any other good ones, any including girls or good comedy fights? Thanks for reading. Sincerely, Mr.Combat-M.S.
: : A fourth performance can hardly be considered a "breakthrough." If you guys were paying attention, he delivered similar on-par performances in CLERKS and 'RATS (nothing against AMY...he just didn't have anything to do there.)
: Ok. But JLA was nominated for Amy. She was in Dazed and Confused and Mallrats before that. Breakthrough is a star-making turn. Or at least one that shows possibility. Jay stole scenes left and right in Dogma, from people like Chris Rock, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. I'd say that counts as a breakthrough.
: : J/B-TRIPLETS--I doubt it. The scene's done in STIGMATA-like jump cuts, and it lasts a good, oh, 30 seconds, so I doubt it.
: : And the real fight between Bob and the Golgothan was cut.
: Ok. But what else do you nominate, other than the Matrix?
: Bang Bang!
