It was said in a post below that the two characters running amok in the movie "El Dorado" are a ripoff of Bob and Jay. No. They're a ripoff of Bing Crosby and Bob Hope in the 40s road pictures. Apparently, the writers and producers of "El Dorado" are older than the person below or have seen the Crosby-Hope movies. The writer below is probably too young to know about the Crosby-Hope movies. Hollywood has been remaking them in some form or another for years.
