If Kevin plans to close out his little world in the next film (which he stated will NOT be Clerks 2), then I doubt it will ever be made. I think it will go the way of Bussing, Name, and the Ultimate Jersey Flick, another idea that will never be brought to film. I still hope maybe he'll release the script for us fans to read if it's never made.
