a) Ben and Ming can't be everywhere at all times.
and
b) Some flamers, on a case to case basis, are better to ignore than to give the attention of wiping them out. Ignoring them crushes them far more.
So... with the people who're off topic because they're new, we have to clue them into the rules... and the people who're just pricks, ignore them, they're just looking for attention.
