So I was perusing the summaries and I happened to come up with a question regarding your inspiration for Dogma. I know that the inspiration behind the fantasy flick lay in a variety of things namely:
Your own Catholic Upbringing
Your own bout with Faith
Milton's Paradise Lost
George Carlin routines on Faith
Sam Kinison routines on Faith
comic books.

I was wondering, what specific comic books were a part of the mass of inspiration information? I am relatively new to the world of comic books, having never really taken that much of an interest in them until I read the Guardian Devil Daredevil trade paperback. I am now slightly more interested in this world of graphic novels and superheroes, so any answer to the question would be very helpful. Thanks all.
