Loki's song in Dogma

I have searched through the frequently asked questions, and scanned through many of the recent posts to see if this question has been asked yet, and have been unable to find it. So, I suppose if I want an answer, I should stop complaining that I don't know it, and just ask.

After the scene in Dogma with the shooting on the bus, when Bartleby and Loki disembark, Loki bursts into song. Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly IS this song that he's singing? I somehow feel like if I knew what it was, I might find the scene EVEN funnier than I already find it.
