Uhm... Affleck was never INVOLVED in the project- he read the script at one point a WHILE ago, but never, EVER committed to doing it. In fact, I believe he pretty much said flat out that while he liked the script, he wasn't interested.

As for Kevin, he and Scott helped out a bit (again, AGES ago) by handing the script off to the Brothers Weinstein (like they did with GOOD WILL HUNTING), but the brothers passed on the project, and that was that. End of Kevin and Scott's involvment. Again, I stress that this is like ANCIENT history.
