And you weren't.

: Note how you had to give me a light smack concerning the Clerks series a while back, after the LA Comicon.

What were you smacked about, John?

: So would you mind elaborating a bit? It could be useful to know what you consider in bounds and out of bounds. And maybe we could put something in the summaries, if you don't mind saying a few words on this subject.

On said subject I will say only this: there's nothing written in stone. It falls to the whimsy of the View Askew despot (that'd be me). If something bugs me, away it (and sometimes, the author of it) goes. Nine times out of ten, it's a tone thing (as in "I don't like your tone, Mister!"). But it's a line that moves, so it's hard to give specifics (I mean, look at the long history Buster's had here; and while he's a bit more diplomatic in his old age, some of his earliest hits drew blood; yet he's never been banned).

As I mentioned in the post above - I feel it's easy to tell what is and isn't appropriate for this forum if you read the board enough.
