That was too vague, sorry.

I think Eastern Standard Time is five hours later than the 'same time' GMT. And thus I think - since we 'Spring forward' - Easter Daylight Time is four hours later than the 'same time' GMT.

You can prolly find this by searching for and at a GPS website - as GPS all use GMT offsets to find local time.
