Hey whats up.Ive seen all your movies (boy i bet you get that alot)they are all excelent films in my opinion you manage to keep a a witty comedy but at the same time not too intelectual that it spoils the humor.i loved mallrats i thought it was histeracal and i love the actors and actresses you have in your film especially jason lee that man is a witty guy i love his quick sense of humor.Dogma was also and excelent film with a great cast. but my favorite of all your films i just finished watching(its like 5:00am over im in miami) i really enjoyed that film cause i can identify with it 100%.and before the credits rolled my face was covered in tears.i dont want to bore you with details of my personal life so il try to make it short.I once met this girl(what a typical way to start)we clicked she was everything i ever wanted were we differed we complimented eachother this is gonna sound real corny but you how in those cheesy love movies how the couples finish eachothers sentences well this would occur all the time
and i know it might not sound like much butit was true love.it took an ugly turn though see when we had first benn with eachother(had sex) i had asked her how many guys he had been with she told me some were aroubd th evecinty of 4 i was like cool thats not so bad(keep in mind im only 18 an dthis was 2 years ago)i wasnt so experienced at the time i had only been with 2 other girls an das infentile as this may sound it sort of upset me that she had been with more guys than me even if it was only 2 well things got uglier about 6 months into our relantionship on valentines day she calls me up crying her eyes out and confesses to me that she had benn with like 15 guys at that very moment my heart shattered into a million pieces we worked out though the same day and i saw her and we had sex but ithink i only squashed the quarrel temperarily because i wanted to have a nice valentines day and also i dont think it all sank in yet.when i got home although i didnt know what any of these people she had so promiscuously been with looked like i was having thes visions in my head of her being fucked to death by numerous guys(pardon my vulgarity) i felt angered decived bamboozeld, i fell in love with her knowing she had been not so expereinced and when i grew to learn shed been around more than she told me i was disgusted with her i looked upon her as if she was a slut to make along story short we eventually broke up(not entirely because of that) we still talk and i think ill get back with her one day but im young now and wiil go to experience other women who knows in a couple of years what will happen. so many of the arguments between allissa and holden in your movie really moved me cause it souned just like me and my ex girl freind man i was crying like a little school girl.thanx alot kevin your films are moving and inspiring youre a brilliant director!keep up the good the good work (i love the starwars references in your films as well im a star wars nut i was recently at disneys mgm studios tehy had star wars weekend sit was off the hok boba fett was walking around and chew bacca and jakeloyd was singing autograpghs it was out of hand)anyways im straying from teh subject i wanted to ask you do any of teh things that you wrote in that film (chasing amy)come from personal experience and if so could you give some examples ?its alright if youd rather keep them private.well i just wanted to give credit wereits due please respond id like to hear your thoughts on my post wich ive spent 40 minutes writting (hahaa)for reals man right after i saw that movie i jumped onbline found your site and started typingaway well im gona go to sleep now keep up th good work!
