"Alive" question from CA

Why isn't the song that Alyssa sings at Meow Mix on the official unofficial CD track list? Licensing issues? Didn't fit with the tone of the soundtrack? If I'm making a CA soundtrack, it's going on there. How long is the official unofficial CD? is there enough room for 'Alive?'
