If they were willing to give you tweleve episodes just on name alone, why wouldn't they at least offer the same proposal after seeing that you drew 7 million viewers? If they are willing to pay for a show with a grownup Urkel I'm betting dollars to donuts that they'd still be willing to give you 12 episode deal at bare minimum. Isn't little exposure(UPN) better than no exposure at all, assuming your Clerks get canned by ABC. Call me crazy but i'm thinking that the high ups at UPN would be willing to bend over backwards for your controversial tag. But i guess if it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be.
