...not bloody likely.
Let's examine the facts, shall we? Six episodes of Clerks would run (assuming each is approx. 22 minutes without commercials) 2 hours and 12 minutes. Dogma runs a little over 2 hours. I don't know how much the menus take up, but let's say that with the cartoon, Dogma, and the menus, it runs about 4.5 hours. Now add the hour of deleted scenes, the (supposedly) two commentaries, and whatever trailers or other extras Columbia-Tristar decides to throw on there. You're looking at 6-7 hours of material.
Now let's examine why in the world they would do this, putting material on a DVD as a hidden feature that would be released on its own later. If people found out about the cartoons on the Dogma DVD, very few would buy the Clerks DVD seperately when it came out. Plus the cartoons are owned by Disney, while Dogma is being released by a different company. They'd have to clear up legal issues and pay Disney large amounts of royalties for something that would end up a hidden feature. This is akin to releasing Chasing Amy, in its entirety, as an easter egg on the Mallrats DVD. It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
Kevin said (I can't remember where, maybe in a chat or here on the board) recently that he's getting ready to record the commentary and intros for the Clerks cartoon DVD. So I'd say it'll be released not too long after the Dogma SE DVD. There's no need for wishful thinking.
