Is Dogma out to buy on VHS yet???

I live in England and when it comes to movies this country is totally behind (Like the rest of Europe). I really want to buy Dogma but it hasn't even come out to rent yet (coming out on the 12th of June) and I have this bad feeling that it will be even longer until it comes out to buy.

So I want to know if it has come out to buy in America so that when my mum goes there in Sept. I can get here to buy me one.
