Yes, I'm not doing anything more than offering an insult in the form of "How does he come up with this???" The purpose is to poke a little fun at the people who read this board, and to excite a little reaction for my entertainment. And perhaps to give feedback to the creators from a person who does truly loathe Chasing Amy and Clerks.
I do know exactly why I don't like Kevin's creations, though I do not, in truth, know how he manages to produce, so reliably, films that I hate. But I'm not particularly interested in that answer.
The tone of the replies does say something about Kevin Smith's fans, I think. Just as my atitude toward his films says something about me.
