Chasing Amy DVD, out or not??

Maybe someone can clear this up as every web site I go to says something different.

Anyone who actually has the DVD (especially in Canada) would be a nice confirmation...

Reel.com says that it's out but ships in 2-3 weeks.

The Canadian sites I check read as follows:
Chapters.ca didn't even update their old listing until today and it says that CA IS out today BUT ships in 1-2 weeks.

HMV says that it's not out til next week and so does Sam the Record Man.

Are there different dates in Canada? WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??
