It's not as bad as it could be. Not that this is entirely legal, but it is something that was available to everyone for free, and isn't available any other way (at least at the moment).
At least it's letting more people see it, and letting people who may not have been able to tape it originally have a copy. I was lucky enough to have someone tape it for me. Otherwise I might actually have considered buying a copy from e-Bay or something.
But, either way, I'm still planning on buying the video or DVD when (if?) it comes out.
