Miramax did NOT drop Dogma. Bob and Harvey Weinstein decided, I repeat DECIDED to buy it from the company proper (since they run it after all) and sell it to another distributor to spare disney the heat they would take if they HAD released Dogma.

The Catholic League constantly looks for an excuse to lambaste Disney, and Dogma just happened to be an easy target.

Don't blame Miramax, for the actions of ABC execs.
