Seeing as though VA had absolutely zero input to the show and that the tape for sale is probably the only courtesy that the producers of the TV show ever made to it's creators, I doubt very much that VA own the rights to duplicate and distribute the show.
That said, as far as I know they don't own the rights to a number of the tapes that they used to make and sell at the stash (Transformers anyone?) :)
Good question though, I'd certainly like to have seen it the once.
