Well I can't speak for Kevin but I know where you're getting at because I own at least four movies that I've never gotten around to watching. I think they're The Tommyknockers Conclusion, Children of the Corn 5, The Oblong Box and a couple others. Granted they're not classics but I still want to check them out before getting rid of them.
