She asked for the body as far as I can remember. She said something about cashing in her wings and getting a body when Rufus asked her what she was doing outside the ethereal plane. Since most muses were female in mythology, she must have just taken a form she felt comfortable with.
The boobs were probably an afterthought on her behalf based on thousands of years of watching human males go out of their way to help women based on the size of her breasts. She probably thought it would be a shrewd business decision, but then realized the only thing they were good for was making guys hand her money when she took her clothes off.
Of course, Kevin probably had some underlying purpose in mind when he decided to let her keep the boobs.

Or maybe he just wanted to cast Salma Hayek in his movie because she did an interview in Premiere where she said that sex before marriage is only wrong if you don't use a condom. Who knows, really?
