Technically, there are two comics, although one is not found in comic book form.
Oni Double Feature #12 had a Bluntman & Chronic story. It dealt with the somnombulic dou fighting their arch-enemy Rick Derris.
There was also a comic created for the movie, which can be read in the "Clerks/Chasing Amy" screenplay book. It too deals with the fight against Rick Derris, but is a different story.
