Is the "No Ticket" line in dogma a nod to Indy?

I was just wondering if the "No Ticket" line By Silent Bob, was a nod to Indiana Jones And the Last Crusade. When on the blimp in Last Crusade, Harrison Ford throws a guy off the blimp and says "No Ticket". I was thinking that it was because of the other obvious nods to George Lucas within other Askewniverse flicks.
