Yeah I think it's the scene you say... and we DO see Holden inking!
Artist = Draws in pencil
Inker = 'Inks' over the top in pen... hence the name TRACER!
The scene is the one where is everyone is pretending to rip the shit out of Ben Affleck for his artistic skills in the commentary (Scott: "I have some artist friends and I'm ashamed to let them see this picture..." (paraphrase)
