It's not Vincent's fault, it's not DP Dave's fault, it's not even Criterion's fault! Had you taken a second of your spare time (which no doubt you have a lot of, my friend) you could have gone back to check Vin's past thread(s!) regarding the matter and quickly realised that it is purely the fault of Disney since THEY did the transfer for the DVD. Most of us are thanking Vincet for finding such information out because otherwise we'd be left with no answers whatsoever! Better some answers then no answers at all!
Is it his problem the fault slipped by? No. Why? Disney didn't even send copies of the DVD to those involved with the Criterion release, that's why!
