Jamie Kennedy, I mean he is great in every role he plays. Randy in the Scream Trilogy, Sampson in Romeo & Juliet, The FBI Agent in Enemy of the State, Funny Walter in Three Kings, and Adam in Boiler Room.

So he has the ability to do some Drama. But amongst all those later films his performances in Scream and Romeo & Juliet best show his comedic talents. And I think he would make a perfect Fletch.
