Didn't you hear? Kevin also got the rights to do the next Superman movie, and he decided to cast Jay as Jimmy Olsen. Sadly, though, the poor photographer gets killed by a polar bear when Superman takes him to his house after Superman finally comes out of the closet and confesses his undying love for Jimmy.
