How do you like that MALLRATS DVD? Or the upcoming DOGMA one? Or the upcoming Vulgarthon 2000? Who here bent over backwards to try and figure out what went wrong with the CHASING AMY DVD? Who here goes out of his way over and over again to fill the fans in on Vieew Askew minutia, and filmmaking minutia- details that I spend YEARS researching and learning on my own. Do I tell people, "FIGURE OUT ALL THIS ASPECT RATIO STUFF ON YOUR OWN LIKE I DID!!!"? No- on MANY occasions, I've sat here and written VOLUMNS of text explaining things to the curious. But, because I sometimees get a little testy, that all doesn't matter.
