the making of Dogma..a question, and comment

I've watched Dogma about 17 times now..and I have to comment on what a good actor you are Kevin. No dialogue, but your facial expressions speak louder then words. At the end of the movie...Bethany and Bob are sitting on the steps of the church..and you both put your hands up (yours bloody, of course) in the air...it was brilliant.
My question is..Salma Hayek looked fantastic in the strip bar scene..was that her, or a body double? Was she as nice, and easy going to work with, as she seems to be?..did you have to do retake after retake on that specific scene..just to see her dance?..nah, that wouldnt be professional.
It did appear to this fanboy that she was having fun shooting that scene.
