There's a reason that the board, and much of the internet in general, is primarily populated by youngins. They don't have jobs. Or families. Or any real responsibilities besides going to school.
You should be glad that all they are doing is hanging around making a mockery of the English language, and generally being boring. I mean, thank goodness they aren't out doing shit with theramin, or experimenting with epistemology, or some such destructive endeavor.
And anyway, this sort of wax and wane happens to the board all the time. Just llike life. Sometimes life is exciting and sometimes it needs to take a nap.
