And I think i heard in the commentary that Kevin had planned to show Jay eating the sugar in "Clerks", but it ended up in Dogma instead. So yes, it was probably planned.

: ok. i noticed a bunch of things when watching dogma last night. (so i am observant, big deal!) anyway, one of the things i happened to notice was sugar. check if out!
: clerks-->jay steals powdered sugar mini donuts from the quick stop.
: mallrats-->while "comforting" brody and threatening to beat up the easter
: bunny, jay steals candy from the candy display.
: chasing amy-->while in the diner, jay eats sugar with a spoon.
: man! jay gots the MAD munchies!
: one question tho: is this merely coincidence? or did kevin plan all this...? hmmmmmmmmmmmmm......
