Yeah if all else fails we shall shoot on mini-dv with an XL-1 and a anamorphic lens. Then try to generate the cash to have it transferred to film. I saw some stuff shot on mini-dv and transferred and it was amazing. It looked like it was orginally done on film except for the cheazy video titles. And if the movie sucks then we will not transfer it to film and we didn't bust our wallets wide open.
