This is the first I've heard of this, but sure, it's possible that there are bootleg tapes of all 6 episodes. Even though only 2 aired, the other 4 must have passed through enough hands for someone to sneak them into the bootleg market.
But this tape certainly wouldn't have whatever extras are planned for the DVD. (They haven't even prepared the extra DVD stuff yet, have they?)
I say we all exercise a little patience and just wait for the real DVD release. The only time I turn to the bootleg market is when they're offering something that will never be available through legitimate channels.

: At a terribly slow day at work today I found myself browing E-Bay for Clerks memerobelia (sp)... I found something quite surprising... I found two people offering VHS tapes of all 6 Clerks episodes... one claimed to have gotten the tape from a Comicon...
: What's up with this? Are these real? (They ovbiously aren't legal) If someone were to watch these tapes, would they miss out on parts of the episode or bits to be included on the DVD (I imagine the VHS is sans commentary...)
