Actually, check out the ENITRE site. There's all kinds of little known goodies if you probe fairly thoroughly. Spend like 3 hours going over the entire thing.
As far as Space Ghost, that show has GOT to be improvised. There's just no way it is scripted - too strange. I don't actually know, I'm just assuming.
