When are tickets for Vulgarthon 2000 going to go on sale and is it true that each person will only be allowed to buy one ticket?

It's just that as I've mentioned before I'm organising (or trying to) a trip for us UK residents to make it over there. Of course before I can book anything I need to know that I've actually got tickets for the event!!!
