: Well that was part of my Idea. but i was also saying that they could keep airing it on the web as if it was being aired on TV? but i dont know it was a thought. i would like to get Kevins idea on this too.
As previously stated, the cartoons would cost too much to produce them for the web. Each episode of the cartoon cost around $750,000 (I hope that figure's correct, someone will correct me, I'm sure), and if new episodes were simply shown on the Viewaskew.com web site, where would the profit come from? People downloading RealVideo cartoons are not going to want to download 8 minutes of ads along with their 22 minutes of cartoons, and in most RealVideo clips I've seen that DID have ads had the capability of simply skipping over them. Advertisers aren't going to want to pour money into something that will only be seen by View Askew fans, and will probably be skipped over; and viewers won't want to spend a couple hours downloading a bunch of commercials.
