But what I am writing to you is about and artist who need help from another successful artist to get himself off the ground with his first film project. : : I can hear you saying (in your head)... "What!...Is he crazy or something?" I have been in the business for 10 years and I have been at this cat and mouse game for over 2 1/2 years trying to locate the necessary financial funding for my film project. I have contacted producers in Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami and New York....but after weeks of yes this stuff is good...now I receive is...either no answer at all or "Well there is no mark right now for this kind of storyline at the moment." : : As an independent filmmaker, I know that you can see my dream and goal in life. I want to make my screenplay, POSTCARDS come to life and debut at all the film festivals the world has to offer; especially Sundance! Again, this why I am writing to you. Would you consider being a Producer or Executive Producer for POSTCARDS? : : I haven't been sitting on my ass doing nothing. I had a famous actor ready to do the film, but died before doing it.
