Not with Kevin's addition to the writing team, but with the introduction of Marvel's new "Ultimate" story lines. They're starting all the books over with new teams and backstories like the old books never happened.
The first book to get the treatment is Spider-man, the second is X-Men. The stories will be loosely based on the movies and the occurances in said movies.
All the old books will continue to be printed following the older storylines as well, so you won't get your Daredevil story arc messed up when they introduce Ultimate Daredevil.

I think this might be their besty idea since Gambit first appeared in the X-Books.
