I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Blair Witch was done with a pretty basic camcorder, or one they stole from school or something. Don't know if you want to do that though, it made the film rough to watch with all the shaking. That, and you have a mix of people who think that it was a good independent film, and those that think it sucked.
