Hey Kevin, I read that you were interested in buying a theater. It just so happens that up in my town there is a theater that has been out of commision for a few years now and it is something that'd be great to have back in opereation, especially if you were involved. My friend and I have thought of buying it, an we would except for the fact that we haven't got the money for, I'm sure, and we would end up doing exactly what you have planned.
