The movie is about a PA who obtains superpowers when he falls down a sewer into radioactive slime. He also meets a large half rat half man character named Papercuts because he has psychic powers which he uses to win at paper rock scissors and swindles people out of money with this technique whenever he goes downtown to order chinese food. The part for Jay and Bob basically consists of Jay smoking some weed and he says "whoa, I'm so high right now I can barely see straight." and then he can adlib the rest. Silent Bob makes a cool face and nods his head to agree with what Jay is saying. The PA's superman character is kinda like Batman except that he is a lizard man and can breathe fire. He doesn't look like a reptile like the Spiderman lizard just wears a green suit with scales kinda like mystique in the xmen movie. He can levitate and move objects with his mind as well as climb walls and walk on four limbs kinda like a snake so he can go under real small places...know what I'm sayin? Oh yeah his name is Rich Smitts and the lizardman is named Varkan. So the plot basically involves the PA getting fired and falling down the sewer on his way home. He then takes on his role as Varkan and fights crime in the city. There is a villian named Realicon who can morph into objects and time travel. Realicon is trying to take over the world and Varkan must stop him. I don't want to spoil the ending but let's just say there is a lot of gun fire and explosions which I'm planning on doing on my iMac. Anyway, Jay and Silent Bob will be at a party which Rich Smitts attends on the night he begins to transform. Jay will notice it when he is high and that's when he busts out with his crazy shit. Maybe Jay pulls out a 9 and starts shooting at Varkan, but he breathes fire and melts the bullets or something. My friends can play Jay and Bob but I thought it would be cool to do as a cameo.
